Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as we can. Processing can take 1-2 business days but most orders placed by 2pm PST M-F will ship out the same day. Some items will require longer processing time and are not eligible for free 2nd day air. Those products are noted on the product page.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging.

Warranty & Replacement Policy

All products purchased on or after January 29, 2025 are covered by our 1 Year Limited Replacement Warranty.

If your gear fails under normal, intended use, we’ll make it right.

How It Works

1. Contact us with your order number

2. Submit photos and/or video of the issue

3. Once approved, we ship a replacement — no return required

Customers cover a flat replacement handling fee to keep pricing fair for everyone.

Retail Purchases

If purchased through a retailer, please contact the retailer first.
If they’re unable to resolve it, reach out to us with proof of purchase.

• Manufacturing defects

• Normal wear or cosmetic aging

• Loss, theft, or accidental damage

• Improper care or misuse
