Returns & Exchanges
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn items in original packaging with all tags, inserts, and accessories included.
Start here: email aimingfluidgolf@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you a return authorization and the return address. Returns shipped back without an authorization may be refused or delayed.
What "unused" means
- Towels — not washed, not used on a course, no dirt, grass, or product residue
- Headcovers — no bag wear, scuffing, or marks on the leather
- Tees, koozies, ball markers — packaging unopened
- Leather goods — no scratches, creasing, or odor transfer
Items that come back used, washed, or without original packaging are not eligible for a full refund. At our option we'll either return them to you at your expense or issue a partial refund of 50% reflecting the loss in value.
The rest of the rules
- Customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked service — until the package reaches us, it's your risk.
- Original outbound shipping is non-refundable.
- Bundles and multi-piece systems must be returned complete. Partial bundle returns are not accepted.
- Free gifts must come back with the item that earned them. See below.

Not eligible for return: Mystery Boxes, Final Sale items, gift cards
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return. Your bank may take another 3–10 days to post it.
- Gift recipients without the original payment method receive store credit.
Free Gifts, Promotional Items & Discounts on Returns
Free gifts are earned by the order that qualified for them. They aren't standalone free products.
If you return an item that earned a free gift, the free gift comes back too — unused and in original packaging, in the same return.
If a free gift isn't returned, or comes back used or unsellable, we deduct its current published retail price from your refund. That's the same price the gift is listed at on aimingfluidgolf.com on the day the return is processed.
The same applies to promotions and thresholds:
- If a partial return drops your order below a promotional threshold, the discount that threshold unlocked is recaptured from your refund.
- If a partial return drops your order below our free-shipping minimum, the actual outbound shipping cost is deducted from your refund.
- If your order qualified for expedited shipping as part of a promotion, that shipping cost is non-refundable.
Buy with Prime orders: free gifts ship separately from us, with their own tracking. If you return the qualifying item through Amazon, the free gifts still need to come back to us or their retail value will be invoiced or deducted. Email us and we'll send the return label instructions.
None of this applies if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or we shipped the wrong thing. In those cases you keep the gift and we cover the shipping.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the original and place a new order — that way you're not waiting on our inspection queue.
- No restocking fee on any return or exchange that meets the condition standard above.
- Customer covers return shipping on exchanges.
- Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition standard as returns.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
This is not a return — it's our mistake, and we fix it at our cost.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and the packaging. We'll ship a replacement or refund you. No return shipping cost to you.
Report shipping damage as early as you can. Carrier claim windows are short and we can't file after they close.
Lost, Stolen & Undeliverable Packages
- Packages confirmed delivered by the carrier but not received: contact us and we'll help you open a carrier trace. We will not replace confirmed delivered packages.
- Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address are refunded less outbound shipping, or reshipped once the correct address is provided and reshipping is paid.
- Refused deliveries are treated as returns and are subject to the terms above.
Marketplace & Retail Purchases
Authorized sellers of Aiming Fluid Golf products are: aimingfluidgolf.com, our official Amazon storefront, our official TikTok Shop, Aiming Fluid Golf on Ebay, and Buy with Prime checkouts on aimingfluidgolf.com.
Anything checked out at aimingfluidgolf.com is a direct purchase, whatever sent you there — Google, an AI assistant, social, or a link from a friend.
Orders placed on Amazon or TikTok Shop are governed by that marketplace's return policy and must be returned through that marketplace. We can't process refunds for orders we didn't take payment on. Once the marketplace return is closed, warranty coverage below still applies to you — reach out with proof of purchase.
Products bought from unauthorized resellers carry no warranty and cannot be returned to us. We can't verify authenticity, age, or handling on units outside our supply chain.
Warranty & Replacement Policy
Built for the Course. Backed by the Family.
All products purchased on or after January 29, 2025 from an authorized seller are covered by our 1 Year Limited Replacement Warranty, valid for one year from the date of delivery.
If your gear fails under normal, intended use, we'll make it right.
How It Works

- Submit photos and/or video showing the issue
- Once approved, we ship a replacement — no return required
- You cover a flat replacement handling fee of $7.95, which covers pick, pack, and postage
We keep the fee flat and low instead of building warranty cost into every product's price. Everyone pays a fair price up front; the small number of people who need a replacement cover the shipping on it.
What's Covered
- Manufacturing defects — stitching failure, seam separation, delamination, embroidery pulling out
- Magnet failure — a sewn-in magnet that detaches from the towel, or loses holding strength under normal on-course use
- Hardware failure — carabiners, clips, zippers, or 360° swivels that break or stop functioning
- Functional failures during normal use
What "Normal Use" Means
Normal use is using the product on a golf course, at a range, or in a golf bag, for the purpose it was built for, and caring for it as instructed on the product page and care label.
Specifically: clipping a towel to your bag, wetting and using it to clean clubfaces, grooves, balls and hands, machine washing it per the care instructions, putting a headcover on and off a driver, carrying gear in a bag through a normal round in normal weather.
What's Not Covered
- Normal wear and cosmetic aging — fading, pilling, leather patina, softening, minor color transfer
- Loss, theft, or accidental damage
- Damage from a cart, mower, club impact, or crush
- Damage from bleach, solvents, high-heat drying, or care contrary to the product's care instructions
- Magnet strength loss caused by heat above
150°F, impact, or contact with other strong magnets - Modification, repair, or alteration by anyone other than us
- Damage from commercial, rental, or promotional use rather than personal use
- Products purchased before January 29, 2025
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers
- Products with removed, altered, or illegible labels
Determinations, Limits & Fine Print
We make the final determination on each claim based on the photos, video, and order information you submit. If we decline a claim we'll tell you which exclusion above applies and why, so you know exactly where you stand.
- Coverage is for the original purchaser and is non-transferable, except that a gift recipient may claim with the original order number.
- A replacement carries the remainder of the original warranty term. It does not start a new one.
- If the exact item is unavailable or discontinued — including limited-edition releases — we'll substitute a comparable current product or refund the original purchase price, at our option.
- Replacement is the sole remedy under this warranty.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for incidental or consequential damages. - We reserve the right to limit or decline replacements in cases of repeated claims on the same order or account.
- Any implied warranties are limited to the one-year term of this written warranty, except where state law does not allow such a limitation.
- This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
We may update these policies at any time. The policy in effect on your order date governs your order.
