Is the Magnetic Landing Pad magnetic?
No. The Landing Pad contains a steel core that provides a target for a magnetic towel, rangefinder or other compatible accessory. The accessory supplies the magnet.
Can I use a Magna-Anchor towel without the Landing Pad?
Yes. The towel can attach to compatible flat steel, including suitable cart structures or ferrous clubheads. The Landing Pad is useful when the bag lacks a reliable target in the location you want.
Does a stronger magnet always prevent a towel from falling?
No. Retention also depends on flat contact, target material, surface coatings, towel weight, vibration, leverage and lateral sliding. A static pull rating does not recreate every cart condition.
What is the difference between Stubby and The 40?
Stubby is a compact 16×24 towel with one wash pocket that also functions as the ball-cleaning pocket. The 40 is 16×40 with a centered magnet, two wash pockets and more drying surface.
How should I wash a Magna-Anchor towel?
Machine wash cold on gentle, avoid fabric softener and high heat, and air dry or tumble dry low. Rinse heavy grit before washing and inspect the housing, seams and loop regularly.
